Meet the baker
Beth’s Baking Hut is run from my home kitchen in Coldstream, where I create freshly baked cakes, traybakes and treats with care and attention to detail. What started as a small honesty cake shed has grown into a much-loved local business.

My mission
Beth’s Baking Hut is about more than just baking. As the business grows, my goal is to give back to the community by offering decorating classes for people who struggle with mental health and young people who would benefit from learning a new skill.
