Although it’s often called a cake shed, I like to call it “The Hut” — it just feels a bit more personal.

The idea first came to me in September 2025, when I wanted a way to share my baking without the commitment of opening a shop. At the time, I had no idea how popular cake sheds had become across the After lots of planning, baking (and a few test runs!), The Hut officially opened on 1st November 2025. 

Since then, The Hut has been slowly gaining more and more regular customers and was struggling to fit all the baked goods inside. during the Easter weekend in 2026, I opened my new and improved hut that is triple the size and even has a fully functioning fridge.

The Hut is a self-service cake shed located at the front of my home, filled with freshly baked treats for you to enjoy. It works on an honesty system — there’s a cash box inside, or you can pay quickly and easily using the QR code.

Everything is baked in my home kitchen with care, and I love creating bakes that people come back for again and again.
